Your specialist arrives at your residence with the full ALUXÉ atelier — treatment table, draping, professional equipment, and quietly curated ambience. Sessions are conducted privately in a room of your choosing, with everything thoughtfully set up and discreetly removed afterward.

Yes. Every consultation, treatment, measurement, and progress review is personally performed by the founder. You are never passed between providers or technicians.

Yes. Appointments are available across New York City and the surrounding tri-state area. Travel logistics are arranged personally and discreetly for every client.

Every experience begins with a complimentary private consultation. Once your protocol and appointment time are confirmed, a deposit between $50 and $200 (based on the experience selected) reserves your date. The deposit is applied directly to your total investment.

Plans change; we simply ask for notice. Reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment and your deposit moves with you to a new date. Inside 48 hours, the deposit is retained to protect the reserved travel window, and same-day cancellations are treated as a completed session.

Your specialist holds your reserved time for 15 minutes. Late starts are treated as an abbreviated session so the following client is not affected, and sessions delayed beyond 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled under the cancellation policy.

Appointments are performed in your residence, hotel suite, or private space across New York City and select tri-state areas. Accurate building, parking, and entry instructions are required in advance. Locations beyond the standard service radius may include a discreet travel fee, confirmed before booking.

Please clear enough room for a massage table and equipment, provide access to a nearby electrical outlet, secure pets where possible, and keep the area calm, clean, and private. A full preparation guide is available under Client Resources.

Your remaining balance is due at the time of service and may be settled by card on site through our Chase point-of-sale, or in advance inside your client portal under Payments. Treatment begins once the balance is complete.

A complimentary consultation and a brief health screening are required before your first session. Certain conditions — including pregnancy, active infection, recent surgery, blood-clotting disorders, or implanted electrical devices — may require physician clearance or make treatment unsuitable. Honesty here protects your results.
