Prepare for your ALUXÉ appointment.

A few thoughtful preparations help us create a comfortable, seamless, and effective sculpting experience in your space.

24 Hours Before

Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
Avoid alcohol.
Limit excessive caffeine.
Avoid unusually heavy meals immediately before treatment.
Complete any outstanding forms inside your client portal.

1–2 Hours Before

Enjoy a light meal before your session.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
Make sure the treatment area is clean and accessible.
Use the restroom before the appointment when possible.
Be ready at your confirmed appointment time.

Prepare Your Space

Clear enough room for a massage table and equipment.
Provide access to a nearby electrical outlet.
Keep pets secured whenever possible.
Create a calm, comfortable treatment area.
Make sure building and entry instructions are accurate.

What to Expect
